We authorize the Company to make such credit investigation as the Company sees fit, including contacting the above trade references and banks and obtaining credit reports. We authorize all trade references, banks and credit reporting agencies to disclose to the Company any and all information concerning the financial and credit history of my company and myself. 4. Individual Personal Guarantee For Extending Business Credit

I hereby agree to bind myself to pay you on demand any sum which may become due to you by the company whenever the company shall fail to pay the same. It is understood that this guarantee shall be a continuing and irrevocable guarantee and indemnity for such indebtedness of the company. I do hereby waive notice default, non-payment and notice hereof and consent to any modification of renewal of credit agreement herby guarantee.
