8 oz package
3 heaping Tbsp
4 Tbsp Aloha Soy Sauce (m) Low Sodium
1/2 tsp Marukan Rice Vinegar (l)(g)
1/2- 3/4 tsp Hf Chili/garlic Sauce (s)
2 carrots, peeled & shredded
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 cup warm water
scallions, sliced
sesame seeds, toasted
Cook the noodles according to the directions. Once cooked through, drain and rinse with cold water.
In small bowl, whisk warm water, peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar and chili garlic sauce.
Add the sliced red bell peppers, shredded carrots, scallions and some of the sesame seeds to bowl.
Pour the sauce overtop and stir to distribute evenly.
Garnish with some more scallions and sesame seeds.
