Korean Galbi Beef


1/2 cup Df Sweet Soy Sauce

1/4 cup Df Rice Cooking Wine (michiu)

1/2 cup C&h Pure Cane Sugar

1/4 cup Df Pure Sesame Oil (l)

4 lbs. flanken -cut beef ribs

1/2 apple or Korean pear, minced

6 pieces garlic, minced

Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except for the ribs. Stir until blended. Add the ribs to the marinade. Marinate for one day (overnight). Cook on a barbecue grill.
