Mahjong Agar Agar Cake, Anyone Game?

Ingredients

8g Agar Agar Powder - 25g (s)

180g C&h Pure Cane Sugar

250ml Df Coconut Cream (m)

2 Fz Pandan Leaves

As needed Food Color (dark Green)

600ml Water

Food Pens for mahjong characters

Cooking Instructions

Combine water, sugar, agar agar powder and pandan leaves and bring to a boil. Stir until sugar and agar agar dissolve. Discard pandan leaves.

Add Coconut Cream & bring to boil.Fill up 3/4 each mahjong tile, and let set.Add desired food colouring to rest of agar mixture.

Fill up the remaining mahjong tiles. Leave to cool and chill in fridge until set.

Remove tile. Use food pen to trace mahjong characters.You need lots of patience & good eye-site for this.Leave to dry & serve your desserts chilled.
