Steamed Golden Pomfret with Fermented Soybean


1 (defrosted and scaled)

1/4 cup Df Seasoning Soy Sauce

3 tablespoon Df Fermented Soyabean

sprinkle Df Chicken Powder (can)

3 tablespoon Df Pickled Ginger (strip)

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 green onion light part only, julienned

4 cilantro sprigs

2 cloves garlic thinly sliced

Cooking Instructions

Clean & rinse fish. Put fish large plate that will fit inside steamer.Top fish with ginger, garlic and soyabean with juices.

Place plate holding fish in steamer, cover, & steam for about 8 mins, until fish flakes easily with tip of knife.

In a small sauté pan, heat the oil over high heat until it is hot but not smoking. Remove the oil from the heat and pour it directly over the scallion and cilantro to "cook" them. Drizzle the soy mixture over the fish and serve immediately.
