How to Make Thai Peanut Sauce


3/4 cup Skippy Peanut Butter (creamy)

1 tbsp Three Crabs Fish Sauce

2 tsp Silver Swan Soy Sauce Litre

2 tsp Shirakiku Pure Sesame Oil

to taste,

1 small can (5.6 oz) Df Coconut Milk (m)

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

2 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 lime, juiced

Cooking Instructions

Creamy peanut dipping sauce is made with peanut butter, fish sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice.

This Thai inspired condiment is served with chicken satay or as a dressing in a chicken noodle bowl.

I suggest making a large batch of this sauce so that you can use it in several meals.

Sometimes I even dip my celery sticks and baby carrots in peanut sauce to enjoy as a simple snack.
